Bachelor's degree from an ASHA-accredited university, active Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) license and minimum 1+ years speech-language pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Blazer Jobs is currently seeking a dedicated and qualified Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to join a K8 school program in the Ontario, CA area. This is a full-time, onsite position working alongside a supervising SLP to support students communication and language development.
Position Details:

Schedule: Full-time (exact hours TBD)

Caseload: K8 students

Start/End Dates: ASAP May 21, 2026

Setting: School-based, onsite only
Responsibilities:
-
Conduct speech-language screenings using age-appropriate protocols (no interpretation required)

Follow and implement treatment plans developed by the supervising SLP

Provide therapy support to students individually or in small groups
-
Assist in preparing materials and maintaining documentation as directed
Requirements:

Active California SLPA license
-
Previous experience in a school or pediatric setting preferred

Strong communication and collaboration skills
